The 28 blades (for just over $600) just came in for the brush bar we are building, ours will be about 8' high we will be building TWO mounting kits so that we will be able to switch it from drag to drag, (both ends of our network) we will be adding a hydraulic ram so we can pull it in from the cab when the need arises. I know this will not eliminate the need for pruning, but am sure looking forward to the help of a drag/trimmer, I have heard many positive comments from clubs who have them, any thing we need to know?

Rivercat, A few of us in our club have been looking at making one, do you have a plan to go by that other clubs could copy. Sure would be easier than brush wacking by hand.

Hi Dave I tried to pm you but it won't go. I am building one myself. I have a few different cutters in mind and am curious as to which ones you are using. I will template once I pick a cutter and I will then fabricate the rest. Let me know when you empty your message box. Thanks,
