Has anyone contacted the Mountain View Grand in Whitefield, NH? It looks big enough to handle the Easter Seal Ride-In.

Just a few thought's on the Matter, maybe Skip or those of you that go to the commitee meetimg's... The Ride-in is for Easter Seal's correct? In these time's, yes many individual's still are in tough time's to go the extra ciricular activites ..Hence less show up or take part. this is why I mentioned the Lakes Region ... Plenty of places to stay if someone wanted to make a weekend of it..even with other Winter activity going on... More Mid-State... Just think of some of the other Activites that could go on from this BIG Event !!! You place it out into the air with folk's maybe not from the snowmobiling community, but Generously just walking by some sort of Raffel's, winter games, even a hot cocoa / hotdog/burger Ribs..just around the lake could bring in more revenue for the Easter Seal's and camp...

This isn't to take the event Totally away from the North Country ( above the notch's ) More enhance folk's that the Snowmobiling community reach's out to these types of program's... be more visible. This could be an opportunity to bring back some to the snowmobiling community...

Many have to Book way in advance for even a place to stay... up there. possibly around the Big lake..there would be more Vacancy's, including Larger banqeut type room's for last minute decision's to particapate or anticipate a large gathering ( estimated )...Might even be more sledder's willing to ride 50-60 miles from there clubhouse's ratehr than Trailer or both???

How about this? Smaller group's from there could if they wanted Trailer to the notch's and above for the day. Or Group's from the Noth could trailer to Twin area and ride down...would save some long distance sled rider's a few rest hour's than to hurry to reach the events...

I am TOTALLY blown away I must take responsibility for every post that is made from my friends android ,,,,,,,,,,,just because she registered to the site from my wi fi,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,(even if it's from the GYM or where ever she goes over the YEARS!)

Just a couple things? was Glad to see Skip's post on the Up-coming Meeting to see that the Easter-Seal's ride-in Committee is keeping track of the situation... Please Keep Us Posted on the Progress !!!

With Many of us not knowing "Including the MEDIA" ... Why haven't they mentioned the possible good side of the Balsam's Renovation project...NOT THE NEGATIVE Down Side... Yes, a few job's non-construction related will be lost..( for a short-time possibly) But will there be other -Local Job's created in the private sector as the Reno-vations go on. Experienced ..Carpenter's, builders, plumber's ,electricians, landscapers' ect... If they are not Local folk's with their own residence's...and some out of state working crew's..they will need Lodging and food also...

We Have So Many Negative happening's going on across the Country..We need to start looking at the little hopeful's in a MORE POSITIVE Manner...For the Most Part, thing's have been getting kicked back some 30 years' as a whole.

The other thing is (I know the admin may not approve ? ) If you really thought Dave had been behind something that was decieving ??? "Which I haven't even seen what was said" I would have given him a phone call and explained,as a "kind gesture" "we need this deleted from the site." I'm not Backing Dave here, because I don't know the secret liason.. and I'm not the Tech Guru of web address's communication's... I found it was "kind of Odd" Dave would have someone else have something said.. He usually speak's his point most abruptly on many occassion's.. just an observation.
