Prior to that, do you get a prompt on your phone that says "Allow photos from this device"?

No

The pic I posted in the riding thread is the only one of the 4-5 I selected....so not sure why or what the difference is between pics taken from same device

How about file size? I see that the error shows a file size of 6.3 MB.

What's the file type? (jpg, png, are most common

Look at the file properties to get the size and type.)

Very odd. I do need to do a software update at some point. Maybe that will fix it.

@classicdmax is a contributing member. As such there aren't any restriction on upload file sizes or storage space.

The easiest way is to view/copy the files from your iPhone to a Windows PC using Windows Explorer (File Explorer is the old name for this program)

Step 1: Connect your iPhone to PC > Open My Computer > Find your iPhone it will appear under Portable Devices Sections.

Step 2: Double click iDevice icon to open your iPhone > You’ll see the Internal Storage icon > Double click it to open it.

Step 3: You’ll see the DCIM folder that is the Camera Roll folder > Double click open it > Open one folder to see if it contains the photos you want to view/transfer >

Select the photo and right click- click Properties on menu- view file type and size.

or

Select the photos you like and copy them > Paste them to the desired folder of your computer.
