snorander 216 Report post Posted January 27, 2019 (edited) How/where did you mount it? I certainly don’t want to drill any holes in the hood. I’m thinking I’ll drill the snow flap and use some stainless steel hardware to mount it there. noxorc 70 Report post Posted January 27, 2019 This opens up the door for your photo to be taken when the hood is up. 1 snorander reacted to this
snorander 216 Report post Posted January 27, 2019 No, it’s for my sons sled, not Mine. I’ve got three more years to go before I can register mine as vintage, but by then I’m sure they’ll change the law and I’ll get screwed out of it.
RK-SXViper 144 Report post Posted January 27, 2019 I made a bracket and mounted it inside the windshield. It could be seen clearly and didn't damage the sled 1 snorander reacted to this

MTNBYKR 188 Report post Posted January 27, 2019 Steve, The plate on my TNT is mounted on the dash behind the windshield, and is held on by a few small strips of 3M hook and loop tape (the "Velcro" type stuff). It works great. My Olympique plate had already been drilled and bolted on to the trunk by the previous owner, otherwise I would have used the 3M tape for that too. 1 snorander reacted to this
smallengineguy 88 Report post Posted January 27, 2019 Cracks me up nowadays when I see a Camaro Iroc Z from 1990 with an "Antique Auto" plate on it. Same with 90's sleds. Guess it's different as you get older. 1 snorander reacted to this

I think i removed the windshield and mounted the bracket where the windshield would hide the screws. 1 snorander reacted to this
