NHSA membership portal

Is there any other clubs that are frozen out of the system other than my club ( SNHT )?  I am not sure if it is the system or us.

There are a lot of Clubs "FROZEN" out of the NHSA Portal" And no it's not because of the Attorneys General.

It is because "a lot of Clubs" are late paying their $30.00 Club Membership dues so far this Season. MSC is one of them.

I sent Dan Gould an E-mail last Sunday and got a quick response that same afternoon.

 

Anyone else with this problem contact your Club and ask them if they have the the Payment.

I could be wrong but at last weeks Trailblazers meeting the treasurers report showed the club dues were paid weeks ago. I'll have to inquire about this tonight

Rob, our check was sent with the club information packet the same day I received the mailing from the office. Previously I attempted to physically go to Tilton and pay our club dues in person. Luckily I called first and was told they can not accept dues until the packets were mailed out from the office and filled out completely. Good thing as I would have been livid to drive all the way up there only to be denied.

If you are referring to the No member access message in red just ignore it a d do what you need to. It refers to the fact that the  online sales portion is down.

George, it turns out that we were frozen out of the entire system,( not just the online sales side ). It was NOT for non payment but because the system was updated and now without warning, any membership administrator who is still using there personal e-mail as the login for there club AND has that same e-mail address listed for there own membership will be frozen out of the system. So any membership administrators who have been doing the same thing, you need to set up CLUB e-mails  to access the portal system. If you have this problem call Stephanie at the office. She will help you with the solution. Luckily our club had just assigned new club e-mails to all our officers so we are halfway to the permanent fix.

The Moultonboro Snowmobile Club portal has been restricted to read only because we have not received the annual club dues or club information sheets. We have sent numerous email notices and reminders that clubs would have restricted access if they did not send this information and payment by August 15th. As soon as we receive club dues of $30 and information sheet all functions will be activated.

Todays Problem (917/18)

I am not using "MY" email address to log into the Portal.

When we first started NHSA gave everyone a default password that would allow accesses to their location within the portal.

As soon as I started using the Portal I created a series of Passwords that were not anyone's "Real" E-mail addresses, i.e. xyz@msc.net, .com, .org.

I made a series of E-mail addresses for those that needed accesses to Portal

 

This is the Menu that is presently available, the section that would normally be used to make these changes is not available.

Stephanie found Brian's log in issue, his club log in e-mail address and his personal member e-mail address were the same. So when the portal got locked, they locked it by restricting members e-mail addresses from being able to sign in. So any other club membership person having log in issues may have the same problem and should contact the office to get access corrected.

Rob,

My issue is there is nothing to login on to as far as entering "New Club Members" from our Club not the NHSA side.

I have gotten several Membership for "OUR" Website Membership Page.

Several weeks age I sent an e-mail to the 11 Members that joined through NHSA letting them know the can easily join through our online site and save the $2.00 Processing FEE. I also explained that I get their Membership immediately as they make their payment. "I" have to go looking for them if they join through NHSA. 

I wait to hear back from my Club as to when they are going to send the payment to NHSA?
