Cocktails/Voting: 6:00 – 7:00

Dinner/Election Results: 7:00 – 9:00

Place: Suissevale Clubhouse

Hi Everyone!

Can you believe the season is coming to a close already?? Just a couple of weeks ago we had snow, and yesterday it was over 80 degrees! With the warm weather comes or Annual Meeting/BBQ on April 22nd. This is ALWAYS a great time to share our fun Winter experiences, and look forward to next season. The Club will be providing the grilled meats, homemade baked beans provided by George’s Diner, chips, and soft drinks. The salads, sides and desserts will be potluck. Everyone is welcome to BYOB, of course. The Suissevale Clubhouse will have the outdoor deck for extra space, a place for grilling, the playground for the kids, and hopefully warm weather like we are having! This is a “by donation” event, so whatever you feel appropriate is appreciated to help defer costs.

If possible, please RSVP to let us know approximately how many will be coming and what you can bring. It will help us plan for the amount of food needed. We will be discussing an overview of this year’s season, ideas for next year’s events, plans for trail improvements, and volunteer needs.

If you know of friends or neighbors that are interested in joining the club next year, please invite them along. We always welcome new faces. Come out, enjoy the evening with friends, and come with your ideas on how we can make next season the best one ever!

Finally, help with setup, grilling, and cleanup are always needed and appreciated. Please let me know what you can do to help!

We had a very good year, 725 compared to last year's 415.

Best year 2008-2009 747 Members. This was the year every one had 4-6 FEET of SNOW mixed with some ICE. We had to hire 2 guys to shovel our Roof off. I let my Dog out one night, came back to call her in but could no finder her? After putting my boots on and going down the steps in found her 2 houses down the street (Dead End). I did no find out how she had gotten out till the next morning. I was standing at the kitchen sink looking out the window as I saw he walking on top of the Snow which was as high as our chain-link fence and over she went again.

I think most Clubs came back this season with membership number that were more normal in numbers. More people road locally than went North thus SUPPORTING their LOCAL CLUBS!

NHSA had some early Membership Number the touted 25,000 to 22,000 partway through the Season but HAD TO REVISE them at the end of the SEASON to a MORE realistic 18,500. CUMPUTER Glitch.
