classicdmax 58 Report post Posted February 16, 2017 Looking for a reputable cat dealer just for routine service. I live in RI and my machine is garage in groveton. I see naults in Manchester which would be most convenient for me as I pass by it in my travels. Have also heard of Livingstons in Hillsboro I believe. I used Jericho Motorsports once but they have since closed and reopened under a different name it seems....doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy. thanks j-
jhwentworth 307 Report post Posted February 16, 2017 Livingstons in Hillsboro (603.464.5454) has a good reputation, and I've bought products there and been happy with sales and service. Old time dealer with a lot of experienced people working there. If you go there you'll see what I mean by an old time dealer. In Concord, there's Freedom Cycle on Manchester Street, which is only a couple minutes off I-93.
classicdmax 58 Report post Posted February 16, 2017 Great thanks, I've also heard good news about Livingstons, just wanted an outside opinion. How far off 93 are they. Looks like Hillsboro might be a rte 89 trip....
jhwentworth 307 Report post Posted February 16, 2017 (edited) That's the downside. Yes, I-89 is the route to take. From the I-89/I-93 intersection it's about 23 miles to Livinstons. Take I-89 to Exit 5 to Route 202, then 202 west to Henniker Street. Go south on Henniker Street to 123 Henniker St which will be on your left. There are several buildings, so you won't miss it. The first building on your left is a combination parts department and automobile repair shop. Stop at the first building on your right and they'll find somebody to talk with you. It's quite an operation. Edited February 16, 2017 by jhwentworth
classicdmax 58 Report post Posted February 16, 2017 So it sounds like you'd highly recommend them as I assume you've done business there.... donyou have any info concerning naults? I don't want to grab the lowest hanging fruit here, but they would be mighty convenient considering my travel route
jhwentworth 307 Report post Posted February 16, 2017 I have no recent experiences with Nault, and, yes, I'd recommend Livingstons.

OrangeCat 0 Report post Posted February 16, 2017 Livingstons , ask for Steve or Sam (Steve's wife). I have done business there and always treated great .
Catman16 2 Report post Posted February 16, 2017 Livingston's is the best. I have bought from other NH Cat dealers in the past but will travel over an hour to them for their service and knowledge. I have purchased many sleds from Steve. Good honest company.
rossi46 90 Report post Posted February 16, 2017 Another vote for Livingstons. I've known Gene and Steve for 30+ years. Down to earth, straight shooting folks. Just a heads up...it may look more like a junk yard at times, but don't let this mislead you!

Well yes, but a very professionally run junk yard without a mean junkyard dog. That's why I described the operation as an "old time dealer" so I wouldn't scare off the OP. Many sled dealers now have the look of modern car dealers with lots of glass, nice furniture, and carpeted floors. That's not Livingtons, but they got the product, got the service, and got the price. 1 rossi46 reacted to this

Very true. Not my intention to scare him off either. I just don't want classicdmax to pull into their yard and think...WTF! classicdmax 58 Report post Posted February 17, 2017 So Livingstons it is, this sounds like my kind of place. I prefer the old school, rough around the edges type businesses thanks fellas on a side note, just arrived in groveton and there's a sh!t ton snow here.....love it! 1 rossi46 reacted to this
ljgomes 77 Report post Posted February 17, 2017 I highly recommend Leo Couture in Milan. He has a garage just north of Gord's Corner Store on Rt. 110A. Had him do my two Cats and 4 Yamaha's this year. He found stuff that my prior dealer has missed. Very thorough. His number is 603-449-2052. He has been doing snowmobile and ATV maintenance for many years.

ljgomes 77 Report post Posted February 18, 2017 It's a house with a separate garage. As you head north on Rt. 110A from Gord's Store, its the first house on the left just before the RR bridge.
classicdmax 58 Report post Posted November 25, 2017 (edited) Well just dropped off machine at Livingstons yesterday....I know a bit late in the season. Unfortunately they are 6-8 weeks behind in service they say, or at least that’s what they told me they are telling people. They “expect” to have work completed sooner? Hope sooner than later hold true and there’s not a dumping of white stuff before first of the year. That being said there was a decent amount in the notch as there always is and zero in groveton. Looking forward to snow! Edited November 25, 2017 by classicdmax
PolarisCobra 132 Report post Posted November 25, 2017 Took a ride with my brother-in-law to Livingstons last week to drop off his T660. First time for either of us there, we had a good time looking around. Place is old school for sure, but they sure had a lot of sleds to work on, which seems like a good sign. His should be ready mid-December.
