  1. So,in the future, next year, when you register your sled, signing it acknowledges you know off trail is illegal. It also states, if caught your registration is pulled for the year, sled impounded, and there is a fine also. This is my thought. Sure you are going to lose sleds to Maine, but you are keeping trails open. JMO
  2. Littleton area is great

Shifty, hear rumor there was a bad accident today down your way. Wife didn't know if it was sleds or auto

  4. F&G CO's help stuck snowmobilers in Colebrook

IF you were the land owner where these 2 riders were caught, would you want them charged John Mercier?

No one is perfect and a honest mistake is, a honest mistake. Guess some people don't make mistakes though. Guess F&G thought they did. Also, Polaris on their SXS ,DO use GPS for rental companies to guide people around. So yes you do use it for guidance.

EXACTLY. Poor signage is a great example, or you just show them what the GPS is showing you while standing there. Maybe the F&G could not see and signage either, no diamonds.
  7. WOW

4 accidents yesterday up and down the state. https://www.wmur.com/article/fish-and-game-respond-to-several-snowmobile-crashes-saturday/26123515

So then everyone is a liar? Like i said, fields, wind blown, not groomed and no diamonds makes it very hard to see where the trail has been. In fact, over on 7E you come to a junction where there are no signs at all. Now you look straight and it goes up into a tree farm, which we all know, is not where you want to go. To the right is another tree farm, but, by the fresh tracks, that seems to be the way. Rode that way and it dead end into a house. NO SIGNAGE. So, don't say," follow diamonds".
  9. F&G CO's help stuck snowmobilers in Colebrook

From riding the area they are talking about, if the wind had blown and the trail was gone, it is VERY hard out there to find your way. There is little to no "diamonds" on the fields.
  10. Today was a good day...

OH i see a ride to Canaan Pizza in the near future
  11. How to keep snowmobiling alive in NH

It still comes down to respect. No matter what you ride, you RESPECT the land owner, see above picture. It doesn't matter what the dealer pushes, you RESPECT the land owner, and if you only ride trails, you RESPECT the other riders. Plain and simple
