I'm pretty sure if he showed up to Lucas pond with a bucket of trash fish and started dumping them in all the trout fisherman there would have his head anyhow.

You might want to point your girlfriends son in the direction of the rulebook before he gets fined and loses his license for a few years. No need for a games wardens word, the rulebook is quite clear. Plus you can prove him wrong......priceless.
