i am probably sure we saw one another cus Ryan & I were there the same time period as you.
.....LOL..... We even rode in the rain for about 45 miles !
I am surprised more people dont go see the Sunset on Diamond Ridge.
We had it all to ourselves on Wednesday night.
Next years plan is to see a Sunrise !
Rob .....
We were at the fire tower last Tuesday morning for sunrise! It was awsome! finally found the bowl and rode up to it. did not have the nuts to go up. not much room for coming to a stop. Great pictures. With th weather forcast for the next week I am sure it will make things tough getting gas. think I will call it a year. iittle over 1200 miles for the season.

40 and still think I can do things on the sled I use to do when I was 20. Proved that to be wrong this week when I did not go up magallaway bowl. Still had 600 miles in two and half days of riding though!

We have no problems using our alotted hours, as a matter of fact I can't remember many years that we haven't spent thousands of dollars of club money so we could groom even after our hours have been all used up. We already have more trail mileage than we can cover with our groomers and hours with the traffic we get. Boundry pond has only been groomed most years 1-2 times in the spring when we lose some trails to warm weather to give riders more. This season I have managed to groom it almost weekly.
Hope this makes sense.
Keith
Makes total sense and thank you for the response.

Keith: I know you have answered this question before, but why doesn't PRR groom the boundary pond trail more often than what they do? Since we did not have a "big" snow year I would think you would want to log as many "hours" on the groomers as possible to use any grant money given. We actually rode the trail on Wednesday and it was pretty good considering.

If you didnt see my post yesterday labeled MON, Tues, Wed. The trails were truly unbelievable earlier this week.. :drinks:

$300 Pfft...
You probably spent 3 times that on your Harley so it can make half the HP of a stock Honda.
:tease:

How much did you spend on the sled, trailer, riding gear, Go-Pro cameras, etc. ?
But $300 is too much to actually use all that stuff?
Sorry - I don't get it.
Maybe it's just me :dunno:

Ditto!!! if you think snowmobiling is cheap then you have the wrong sport. I know its exspensive, but nothing makes me more anger than looking a the waxed beauty in the garage and not using it. A couple day (500-600 miles of riding) makes it all worth while. :good:
