Rad8165, thanks for inviting me to the forum. The link is below... Hope it remains un-altered.

I'm posting it only for the purpose of sharing sled modding information with sledders... A benefit helping sleders. I did not post this here to be falsely accused of advertising, as it is only information, not advertising.

I've never asked for or recieved a single penny for this. Information like this helps folks with the same chassis. Helping other sledders is my only reason for posting this link.

Want pics? Try a search for AGLT... Might even try Google. Lots of pics have been posted by folks who have done the mod, so if you search for AGLT hopefully you'll find all kinds of pics. I pioneered the mod before I owned a digital camera and before internet forums really took off. So pretty much all the pics you find will be of other's sleds in various stages of progress.

Note: Some folks have used parts not recommended, a good example is using the AWS5 spindles instead of the AWS4 spindles. It won't work, I tested for the AWS5 spindles in the R&D stage. Using the wrong spindles causes severe bump steer and high speed instability... It becomes a dangerously 'nervous' and unstable sled. So folks, please stick to the parts list and stay safe! This mod is only for AWS4 chassis. You have no choice but to use the AWS4 spindles!!! This is important!!!

Some part numbers have been updated since the info Rad8165 posted above, shouldn't be a problem, use the new number. Sometimes part numbers for springs represent the exact same spring (rate & length), but the colour may be different. So ask your dealer to see his spring chart to keep the rates & lengths consistant with the tested parts list... And then it's easy to opt for a different colour of spring. The ones in the parts list are green.

If you have questions or need advice on the mod, just ask. I'll be more than happy to help you out.
