Pretty sure our guy uses excel which for me means Open Office at home. I have exported excel data as a CSV file which I used to put contacts into my email program with an email address, for mass emailing. I don't remember all the steps but it wasn't too hard to do. Same thing could be done to do a mail merge for snail mailing.

When you click on new content, it brings up all the new posts for the day. If you click on a topic t oread, then click the back button, I've noticed that the topic you just read goes away from the new content list. Is that true for everyone?
It depends on what you've got set in the time period area out to the left, When I select content I have not read it works like that. If I select since my last visit it seems to work like it always did.
