Grooming schedule
03 April 2011 - 03:41 PM
Would anyone know if the groomers would be out tonight in the PRR and SDR trail systems this evening(OVR please)? I know they are cutting way back on grooming. I went up on a Monday a few weeks ago and the trails hadn't been groomed. But it had been a warm weekend and they were grooming all day I was riding. I'm sure the trails must have gotten hammered this weekend. I know I can't get fussy at this time of year and I should just take what's there. But before I do a 7 hour, 400 mile,$100 in truck gas, commute up there by myself. A grooming report would make me feel a whole lot better on the ride up there.
How are the lakes holding out ?

We're heading up Thurs for the Snodeo. We're staying in Pittsburg at the old Timberland cabins on the 1ST Conn. How are the lakes holding up to cross and ride on ? Hows the lake at CSP for the Snodeo. Alot of activity takes place there on Little Diamond. They'd be screwed if that's not rideable. We got spoiled over the past few years with all the snow we've gotten. The past few seasons, I don't think I made a day trip north of the Kanc unless we made plans to stay over. There had been so many trails I've never been on before in Central NH. It was nice to explore different areas, because of all the great snow we've had. Can't do much about the weather !!
Orange County Choppers

 The end of an era is coming to a close this evening. Tonight will be the last OCC show. Saw some of the clips and this will be the end of the series. I haven't watched it much lately. But I guess it proves a point that money and success can't buy happiness. Sounds like fahter and son are sueing each other. If I'm not mistaken, this was the TV series that started all the bike building shows that were the craze for a while. It was enjoyable to watch, then they just got too big. With Vinnie and Cody leaving, it seemed like the show started going downhill from there. Thanks for the memories
