NHSA Annual Meeting
18 March 2011 - 12:25 PM
Are any SledNHer's heading up to Freedom for the NHSA Annual meeting in May?
My son and I will be camping out at Danforth Bay, heading up Friday afternoon. He won't be going to the meeting, I am sure he will be spending his afternoon doing some fishing.
Looking forward to spedning some quality time with my boy.

My son, next door neighbor and I headed out from Bow at around 9AM.
Took Corridor 11 North up through Contoocook. Met up with another friend there. We gassed up in Tooky and headed up to Mt. Kearsage. Trails were great, weather was perfect on the way up. Headed up the auto road, and then up the goat path to the top. No probs for any of us. At the top it was pretty windy and a bit chilly, but not bad. And the views were awesome in every direction.
The trails all the way from Bow to Mt K were perfect. Heading back into Bow the trails were starting to get a bit bumpy, but nothing unusual for a Sat afternoon. Thank you groomer guys!
My son Michael and I at the top. Behind us is the view to the south. Pats Peak is directly behind us.

This is the view looking north. You can barely see it, but that is Mt Washington way back there.

And an added bonus-the coyotes have been busy this year. Found this deer remnant right behind our house on Sunday morning. Third time we have seen deer parts this season.

Pop quiz hotshot-what would you do?
20 January 2011 - 11:56 AM
An email exchange between a club member and a club officer. Starts with the member complaining about being stuck in 20" of ungroomed powder, and ends with the member telling the club officer:
Go f*** yourself a****le.
How would you respond?
