what would you do?

Here are my limitations that I am trying to work with.
I have about $200.00 for this project.
I can cut the small tree in the trail.
The rock just off the bridge ramp is 18" high.
The gully (which becomes all ice in the winter) is approx 3 ft deep.
The two rocks on the right side when looking from the bridge are moveable, the rest are not
What would you do
