it seems like a long time since i have sat in white out and loved every minute of it,,, snowmobilers are strange folks

This story is as good a hunting story as I have ever told, please forgive me if you dont like hunting stories I had to share this one BECAUSE its so good...

Back about 6 years ago, the shed antlers of a Massive Bull (NH state record no less) were found one spring, the antler were so large in fact that they triggered a HEATED Competition to find them each of the following years.
This competition was like no other, it caused many to lose sleep, Grown men to lie to each other, nearly at least one fist fight ( luckily the combatants both were to wimpy to throw the 1st punch) waste countless hours searching and even destroyed a few friendships along the way, shed hunters are strange people...

The best part is this Bull shed his antler in the same cut every year for 6 years in a row within a 100 feet of a road and YET NO ONE had ever seen this Bull, this BULL was a GHOST! Imagine that, A NH Bull Moose with antler that weighted over 50 lbs and rack nearly 7 feet wide with over 30 points and NO HUMAN had ever laid eyes on him. Some people in town thought that the antlers being found were part of a HOAX,
i heard one townie say he thought that I had bought antlers from ALASKA and was "planting" them for a JOKE!
