Work Party

11 September 2011 - 03:32 PM

As many of the clubs are getting in gear, so is Seven Lakes. We have a large bridge to be built on corridor 22 trail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please contact Steve @ 944-0623 or Doug Labrie 762-2690. :clapping:

Thank you

Grooming

31 January 2011 - 10:45 PM

Videos are from Browns Ridge Road last Saturday night. Finally got a photo of SLSC's two machines together :clapping: Browns Ridge is where the south and north meet up and turn around. Its a 6 to 7 hour round trip to this point and back home. This is also known as Corr 22 and has been heavily used this year, which keeps us on our toes trying to keep up. I rode this trail first thing Sunday morning and it could not get any better. :clapping: :good:

Grooming last Friday night

17 January 2011 - 09:14 PM

Couple of pics at Moose Mountain and out and about. Trails are getting where they should be, and be glad to see more snow tomorrow. It’s always tough building the trail in the early part of the season where there is always hurdles to overcome.

Poker Run

14 January 2011 - 08:50 AM

Our original date for SLSC's Poker run was going to be Jan 22. This has been moved to Feb 5. Join us for a nice +/- 15 mile ride through the hilly and scenic terrain of Tumble Down Dick Mountain, and past Moose Mountain. After the ride, there will be a cook out for all to enjoy. Visit www.sevenlakessnowmobileclub.com for more details.

Logging

06 January 2011 - 08:40 PM

For those that are familiar with the SLSC trail system, I was informed today that there will be a logging operation in progress from now till mid Feb on Corr 22 between the rail road tracks and Stoneham road in Wakefield NH. The logger was more than courteous on letting us know and plans to keep the trail as clean as possible. :clapping: Kudos to this type of behavior and attitude, thanks Rich. :good: Signs will be posted where caution needs be adhered too and please follow the posted speed limits signs. This is not going to be a problem till we get snow, so everyone do your snow dance. Once again, if anyone sees something on our trail system please contact me so we can get it fixed. :drinks:
