Grooming another clubs trail

Does anyone know the answer to this?

If an abutting club asks another club to start grooming some of their trails what are implications for both? Does GIA get moved around? Does the club helping bill the other directly? Any legal issues regarding liabilities?

Clough State Park Reroute

Last year the Drew Lake trail was shut down due to having to cross over ice. A trail re-route has been approved. For anyone familar with the old trail, we will be crossing underneath the green Rt 77 bridge and riding up the otherside of Drew Lake crossing Sugar Hill. Trail work will be starting very soon.
