I had the wood stove going last night...Anything beyond that would be pure speculation on my part. My thermometer is not to be trusted. Fathers day may bring a remote digital.

Two inches of rain fell here at the First Connecticut Lake yesterday. The lakes and streams are very high, really tough fishing.

Everything is drowning!

The Connecticut River this morning at West Stewartstown/Beacher Falls was really ripping at the dam.
[attachment=143:Beacher_..._dam_640.jpg]
At the First Connecticut Lake dam, the lake has less than one and a half boards to go to over flow.
[attachment=144:First_La...dam1_640.jpg]
It is still raining. Armond you round up the moose, Keith you are incharge of the bears, etc.. Now lets see, what were those directions? Ah,,,,40 cubits by 60 cubits,,,Ah, just make it big!

Some more pictures of the Connecticut River here in Pittsburg, NH.

If those waves were a little bigger you could ride them on a surfboard.
[attachment=146:Second_L...ring_640.jpg]
It would be mighty tough to do any fly fishing below the Second Connecticut Lake Dam.
