The new SLSC maps are now ready and out at the following locations: Dunn Deal, Seven Lakes Provisions, Longmeadow Hardware and Miss Wakefield Diner. They are our new GPS'ed maps and they look great. :good: We will be placing the laminated ones in our trail kiosk's soon. Pass the word that these are for everyone to use and not for someone to steal. The trails in our area have suffered with the warm temps in the last couple of days. There are many water holes that have yet to harden up along with the lakes are NOT SAFE, please use your best judgement when crossing any body of water. This snow today and tomorrow will help greatly. So watch out for the groomers during the day and at night as things should pick up as winter bears down on us. :D

Send $6 to POST OFFICE BOX 311 EAST WAKEFIELD, NH 03830 asking for a map. Most of the info that you need can be found on the sevens lakes web site. www.sevenlakessnowmobileclub.com

Yes you can, only problem is the lakes. Don't know how safe they are right now. If you can go down Corr 19 from OVSC system to 7 lakes system. The trail changes to corr 22 on the south side of Pine River Pond, that brings you to rail bed, corr 26. Take that right on the bed to Wolfboro. Take Wolfboro system to Castle In the Clouds, go over the back side of the mountain and that will bring you back to OVSC system. If you go to one of the places mentioned above, they should have the new maps. :good: Steve

Catman, how do you get to the Castle from Wolfboro? No offense, but that club has less than to be desired, I've tried E-mailing them, no replies, the website hasn't been updated since October, etc. Seems like you know where to go.

Ya, I know, we are dealing with them on sharing a short section fron Jones gate to our new reroute. On getting to the Castle, I could show you, have no Idea what the trail numbers are though. You need to get to Mirror lake and head North East up through the Power lines over Transformer hill up to the Castle. On another note, was out grooming Sat night behind Moose Mountain, we put up our new trail map at Jones gate, where you have your map. Went back Sun morning on personal sled and your map and plexiglass was torn down. Map was gone, plexiglass was tossed behind the kiosk.

That figures. That means ALL of them were stolen. I put one back up, with boards all around it this time. Guess I'll ahve to do the same with the others.

Thanks for the groom, was at the sign sun morning,Would 3M spray adhesive work to keep the maps on the boards?Maybe paper maps covered with clear poly on top?I like the polyurethane idea, next year?I'll bet that seven lakes map didnt last sunday, only four nails holding it up.

SEG, So far the one on john jones road in Middleton hasn't been stolen. I saw the one you made a frame around you might have to upgrade the rest.

Catman I havn't seen your map yet, what size is it , who printed it, and do you know the cost of printing. Right now we get ours copied at Staples but it comes out so small that you have a hard time to read a lot of words and numbers such as gps stuff. Tring to come up with a better idea.

Ours are 20'' by 30'', roughly, not sure who printed it. I will find out and let you know. The same with the cost. I believe they are roughly $4 a piece, cuz the stores are selling them for $6 :good:

I know the answer to the question and I don’t really want to know but…… how are the trails holding up to the warm weather? We do not plan to do much of anything until right before the cold weather returns, hope that happens soon :drinks:

Getting to look like a washboard in spots, and the water bars are pretty rough.
