Hi all,
Alot of you here and most of the old NH Sledding Crew knows of my sledding
passenger that use to sled with me. Her name was Kendra Spoth and she use
to sled with me and also ride with me on my Harley until she got her 1st boyfriend
a few years ago. Well her Mom died in a HORRIBLE farm accident on July 6th
and you may have read or saw about it on TV. She was crushed by the hay wagon,
she was towing it and parked it near the barn and pulled the trailer pin and for some
reason it rolled away. All we can figure is she was walking beside it to see just
where it was headed to and the hitch jack knifed and it flipped over on her.
Kendra is now 18 and just graduated High School. She was suppose to have her
graduation party at home this past Sunday but instead had to bury her Mom on Saturday.
She also has 3 younger Sister's that are 10, 11 and 13. Matty did a nice video for the wake
at the Funeral home and I did a quick video of the Funeral. Leslie's Dad asked me to because
it was his only Daughter and he also lost his Wife 2 years ago ...
Leslie was my Neighbor and was like Daughter to my Wife and I. My Wife has felt like
her heart has been ripped out because for the last 14 years she was her best friend
and they talked almost daily. Expectly since Leslie's Mom died 2 years ago, Leslie
has needed Lynn even more so. We also use to kid her that her kids were also ours
since we never had any of our own. She also was a school bus driver for over
10 years, that is why they thought it was fitting to use the bus she drove as a hearse.
So kiss and hug your Kids as much as you can because you never know what the
next day or minute will bring. Here are some links ....

Because the Grandfather figured the youngest ones (10 & 11) will not remember
and would maybe like to watch it when they are older. I found the 11 year old
crying her eyes out sitting next to the TV all by herself at the end of the wake.
I imediatly sat with her and reassured her that my Wife & I will ALWAYS be
there for her and her Sister's 24/7 and that for ANY reason they need us to
walk right over to our house.

The video and pictures are showing a classy lady, and you are proud to have known her, and should be. They will never figure out why bad things happen to good people and their families. Trust me, many have tried. It is very sad but you have great memories. Peace be with her, too her husband, and too her kids.

She seems like she was a great little lady that enjoyed life, as you could see in the video that was very well done. One of the hardest emotions a human being has to deal with is the loss of a child at any age. There is just something "not right" about losing a child that stays with a person forever. I wish I didn't know anything about that emotion but unfortunately lost my only child at 16 in 1984 and this scenario has me right back there as if it was yesterday.

Thoughts and prayers are with the family from here............

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. She looked like a great person that died WAY too young.
