Hi All,

The following trail conditions were as of 1 pm today.

Grooming is continuing every day, except for New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Trail 139 (First Lake to Perry Stream East) - Very Good.
Trail 139 (Carr Ridge) - Good, watch for icy corners.
Trail 140 (Perry Stream East) - Very Good.
Trail 141 (Deer Mountain) - Very Good.
Trail 142 ( from the Village to Back Lake) - Fair to Good.
Trail 147 (Perry Stream West) - Very Good
Corridor 5 from Junction 455 to 1150 - Very Good, watch for a couple rough icy areas and a few icy corners.
Trail around Young's and down to the village - Fair to Good.

I rode for about 4 hours and did 78 miles. I counted 219 sleds. There are lots of sledders in for the long New Years weekend. Be careful and don't drink and drive. :good:

Mark,

Great Report!
I have been asking myself why PRR has changed their format on Trail Conditions? It’s one thing to eliminate the Detailed Trail Report but when they have gone so far as to delete the "SNOMOBILE SONG", well that's down right NASTY! =@

Thanks Mark. Groomers were out this morning doing a great job. The couple inches of snow last night made a big difference this morning. More on the way I hear. We bailed today as you saw - yes were were going the wrong way (home)... Wish we could have stayed longer but didn't want to get tangled up in the storm tomorrow which was our original day to leave.

Almost had a head on last night with a moose crossing 139 just before you go down the hill past Ramblewood. That would have not been a good thing.
