I was HOPING for one last ride this year.
Even if i need to travel from the lakes region to Pittsburgh, i would do it.
So please...
Honest knowledge wanted?
what would this friday april 8th be like for riding?
if the conditions exist for a ride, what would be my best bet to start from and ride to?
thank you in advance for your help!
Is it all over?

Friday, April 8 should be a good day to ride in the north part of the 'Burg. It is supposed to be mostly sunny with a low temperature in the morning about 10 degrees and a high around 35 degrees.
I would recommend trailering to either the Magalloway Road or Deer Mountain/East Inlet parking areas on Route 3. Do NOT pull into East Inlet Road/Corridor 5 to unload or you may not get out until the snow melts. Almost all trails West, North and East of the First Connecticut Lake are good to very good condition.
This Sunday it is looking like quite a warm up with rain, so tomorrow and Saturday will definitely be the best days to ride in the 'Burg.
