Attached is a map showing the APPROXIMATE route of the 2011 Sandwich Sled dog races to be held on Saturday, Feb 19th. Much but not all of the three races will take place on traditional snowmobile trails. You may want to come to become a spectator or to avoid the area altogether. The choice is yours. I guess the idea is to keep traffic to a minimim as needed.
I'll be one of those providing snowmobile-based two-way radio safety communications for the entire route. If you see a couple of guys with red/orange vests riding sleds with antennas, please some over to say hi!
