Hey guys,

I have a novice question for you southern nh riders. Me and my buddys will be riding out of the fremont lot on the rockingham rec trail this weekend and we would like to follow 15 north. ive done it once before and got to the tower hill pond and got lost in a maze of snow slickers trails. I did not see anymore corr 15 markers, just SS ones. Wondering if anyone could help me out who knows what i am talking about, or maybe i missed a corr 15 trail turn off. they are great trails and look forward to riding them!

thanks

Stop by myles travel plaza (trailside) and get a snow-slickers map. It will show you where corridor 15 goes thru.

I'm, pretty sure that when you are on the dam you are ON corridor 15. If you are on the dam, and Tower Pond is to your left, then you are looking northerly toward Bear Brook. SSs has big signs there with all directions, right at the dam's southerly end.

Corridor 15 gets you to Tower Hill Dam. Then you can go either way around the pond, either way takes you to where 15 goes North from the pond. We have a lot of trouble with people ripping down our signs in the tower Hill Area.

So the two main trails around the Pond are Corrider 15, and trail 11. 15 goes to the east of the pond, and 11 goes around the western side.

I was looking at the corridor trail map and it looks like 17 might be a good option also for heading north. I noticed it does connect to corr 15 by way of the power lines last time i rode by. But it sounds like the Pawtuckaway area isnt so great due to lack of grooming.

Corridor 17 doesn't go through Pawtuckaway any longer. It starts at the rail bed so you don't have to go through it. The groomer was broken down, but went back into service on Sunday and it's been going since.

The nice thing about the Sno Slickers Maze is that whichever way you circle the pond you will end up on Corridor 15. :good:
