picked up quite a bit of snow over the past couple of days. saw that a groomed had panned the trail crossing 110 near the club house a few minutes ago. been to Pittsburg twice in thee days. groomers are out in force smoothing all the new snow. couple 100mile+ days.

I just came through Twin Mountain and I have not seen that much snow at this time of year there in a long time.
Maybe I will be able to ride from Pittsburg to "Twin" and back later this season.

The snow is just not setting up and the sled traffic isn't helping.
Stay away from the Fabians areas! We ended up riding west and the condition were much better. Do not going through the Notch! Stop and turn around at Cannon Mtn. Heading to Bethlehem/Lancaster looked much better.

The recent warm up did more damage than I expected to the snow pack. Many open areas lost their snow coverage completely but wooded areas still have a pretty good base. We had two groomers out today pulling in snow from the sides of the trails to try and make our trails passable. But they were not able to cover up all of the bare spots so riding is marginal at best even where they went. Our plowed logging roads are down to bare dirt so that puts PT109 and and a section of Cor. 19 out of commission. The best riding is in the higher elevations of Randolph and Jericho Park, but even then you have to dodge around bare spots here and there. The good news is that most of trails have some of the base still intact. Also most of the water bars are still filled and are passable. So if we get any snow at all, it should make most of our trails ride-able (with the possible exception of the plowed logging roads). In the meantime, our groomers will continue to do what they can with the available snow so that when we do get some fresh powder, we can be up and running.

Gorham and Jefferson Update
Gorham has closed their trails until they get more snow. All of their low elevations are down to dirt. Cor. 12 between Gorham and Berlin is also down to dirt. Jefferson had their groomer out today. They still have some snow along the pipeline, but the best snow cover is in the upper elevations behind the Jefferson Notch Motel and Lowes Gas Station heading towards Pond of Safety. If you decide to take Cor. 11 north towards Berlin, be aware there are many bare spots between Randolph and Jericho Park but it is passable. There was a large tree down on this trail was removed today.
