I have 4 volunteer's going up to the Ridge Runners clubhouse on labor day weekend.
We are going to paint groomer drags on Saturday the 4th of September
any help would be appreciated....

No experience necessary ... just the desire to help your club & the recreational activity you enjoy & spend tons of money on ... :drinks:

A little time volunteering = better trails & riding :good:

That is interesting. I also have 4 painting drags that day. Hope they bought enough paint.

After some weather watching during the week the work party proceeded as planned. Rain overnight on Friday so one drag was brought into in the groomer shed and we tackled that one first inside.

Since our lower backs were only slightly hurting at that point and a look at the instability clouds that built during the morning we went outside and did a second drag. The rain held off long enough for one coat. The rain showers did come later in the afternoon but did not hurt the fresh enamel (too much :) )

Thanks to Noreaster's crew for coming up and helping mr and ms ct_skidoo with the drags. It was an enjoyable day. (p.s. we have 2 more to do :))

Thanks John, we had a good day.
I really enjoy helping out, I will be back up in couple of weeks...
We need to get the sign's outside and the sign shop back up to snuff also...
The groomer shop looks really good, thank you to our groomer crew for keeping it so organized and clean :good:
