Building on the great success and positive comments we received from the recent Club sponsored meeting held in Pittsburg, we once again have a team of Clubs willing to step up to the plate and sponsor next year's event.
The great folks at the Scrub Oak Scramblers and the Ossipee Valley Snowmobile Club have agreed to put on next year's event locally in the Freedom area. Final details on the location and date in May are being worked out. With so much to offer in the area, hopes are to make weekend long packages and events available for those who would like to explore all that the area has to offer.
And a tip-o-the-helmet to Lisa Charette of SOS. Lisa, a recent "Snowmobile Family of the Year" recipient has taken the lead in helping me with organizing this event. I guarantee you that if Lisa is involved this will be a fun filled event that will be remembered for years!
The Freedom/Madison/Tamworth/West Ossipee area are centrally located and easily reached via Route 16. There are many fine restaurants, attractions and lodging facilities in the area. Plenty to do and lot's to see!
