Left yesterday about 11 am took the e tek due to low snow. It runs considerably cooler than the 800 + has a 1.25 track vrs 1.75. Trail 5 had cover to the Swiftdiamond warming hut from there dirt to Coleman state park. I took 127 in back of the warming hut mostly covered to the top once over the top all cover to 18. 18 east good cover to the second Nathan pond club trail from there to 135 juction avoiding dirt was the main objective. 135 was a little patchy for the fist mile than good cover to 134. Took 134 south to Crystal mtn played around there as I had a new group with me that has never done ANY off trail stuff. They had a blast. Conditions I thought were terrible they thought were pretty good just goes to show its all about personal perspective. from there 134 back down to 18 all decent. our group of 8 got seperated into a group of 3 and group of 5. My group spent a while looking for the others but no luck. We took 18 west from 134 some bare spots some ditch riding some 60 mph smooth stuff back to Nathon pond club trail took that over to 134. Club trail was mostly covered until the 134 juction. I did the whole Nathan pond loop 134 club trail 18 club trail back to 134 all good cover and mininmal bumps. We than took 134 north toward 18a this section was bad pretty much mud but we were looking for the rest of the group. Took 18a real good in the woods and down to dirt at the east end. Back to 18 @ Robbers roost I knew 18 would be bad here but still looking we took it and it was almost all dirt and ditch riding to the jct of 134. We continued on 18 and met another group that had seen the rest of our original group so we took 18 to 127 back to SDR clubhouse. 45 miles for the day and my wifes sled filled with Startron for the summer. I will probably head to east inlet next week end to do the same with my sled. 4975 miles so far or the year. My miles are about the same as last year but 49 days of riding is WAY more than ever before. Lots of big groups riding with me this season has kept down my psycho mile days. Biggest day of the season was only 261

Figured it was getting bad when I saw Paul D on the computer during the day yesterday. Glad we came last weekend.

49 days of riding! I am jealous!

I think you get the "hardcore' award this year Denny. Maybe even deserve a SLEDNH.com sticker LOL.

The snow is disapearing quik up on east inlet to. We rode up that way on sat. Was good on the way out getting thin on the way back. Mite try to get one more in, but would be happy to call it a season. Got a little over 1200 off trail miles in this season and had the most fun of all my seasons together. Met some great people and can't wait till next season. :good:

Very nice! My buddy and I trailered up from CT on Friday AM to ride Woodford VT. 152 miles for the day. Some bare spots but for the most part p p p plenty of snow! Some of the best riding I had done all season! Quite a few people out for a friday late in the season Trails were groomed Wednesday night and they were heading out again on Friday nite. I spent the entire day with a long sleeve shirt, wind breaker no gloves and my bibs wide open down my legs and was more than comfortable! Spring riding at it's best in my opinion!

just got back from doing 30 miles. rode from deer mountain, was cold enough yesterday and today that you could ride anywhere :) even on my short track. supposed to be cold again tomorrow, so should be decent.
