Gilford Snow & trail conditions (unofficial) : Tuesday 12-29-2009 Not bad heading from Lilly Pond towards Belknap Mtn but we did not make it all the way. Not enough snow for grooming so most of the trail riding was easy trail breaking but the trails were open. We visited the NHSA Office in Tilton to make sure that trails were actually open. Stay aware because almost no trail junction signs were up in the areas that we traveled. Some of the existing signs looked smashed in the area of the Cherry Valley Road cell tower... what a shame. My guess was that the trail junction signs may not be going up until the groomers get active... just a guess.

Thanks for the report!

If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got, and then one day you’ll find yourself in second place. Stay focused.

Thanks...for more picture details, consult the bulletin board at your local post office.

Seriously though, what a wonderful opportunity to connect with other people with similar local interests. So why use an AOL-like annonymous screen name and picture? Seems like a lost opportunity to me...
