Hi Amy! Welcome to slednh!

Conway has some great riding. You can also ride the Fryeburg Maine trails from Conway but you'll need a Maine reg..the one exception is NH corridor 19...it goes through Maine to get to northern NH, and NH reg'ed sleds are allowed on just that one trail.
You can also ride south on C-19 towards Ossipee...down here, you can ride Scrub Oak Scramblers trails in Freedom, and Ossipee Valley Snowmobile Club trails in Tamworth and Ossipee.
Here's a link to the OVSC website: OVSC
I'm sure the guys from Mountain Meadow Riders and the Scrub Oak Scramblers will put up links to thier websites as well.
As the trip gets near, come back and ask more questions, perhaps even set up a ride using our newest forum...Rob Skully is the guy in charge of it, when he sees this he'll help you access it.

If you want good riding you will need to ride Ossipee Vally Snowmobile Trails Maps can be found at Canoe King on RT16 in Tamworth parking available there 2, and gas is right down the trail less then a mile and there is good restaurants in the area . Being a member is a good thing, it helps the club with the trails, groomers and so much more, FYI Ossipee Vally Snowmobile Club is the way to go, awesome riding, trails are signed very good, and you can ride anywhere in New England from there , even to Canada, and there is a lot of friendly people in the club... Looking forward to seeing you and all your friends on the trails and remember Ride safe ...

The address for Mountain Meadow Riders is www.mmrsc.net

Unfortunately the trail maps are not yet online -- but they should be in December.

There are some great riding opportunities in this area.
I was put on this earth to do 2 things -- kill people and chew bubblegum, and right now I'm out of bubble gum.

I believe conway has maps at the gas station as you enter town. SOSSC and OVSC maps can both be bought at Canoe King. Good riding both north and south from conway with good snow conditions as you get closer ask for some recomendations from those of us who spoend a bucnh of time there. If you give how many miles you want to ride in a day I'm sure we can all come up with good ideas from a 100 mile trip to a 250 mile day if you want that.

09/10 season 860 miles as of 2/19

08/09 season 1683 miles - 07/08 season 2504 miles -06/07 season 2662 miles

I have found that you need to buy the map there are not any online that you can look up. For the clubs you can see the main trail if you look at http://www.sledgps.c...+Hampshire.html but the fun is on the club trails.

Clubs rely on donations and fundraisers to operate and one of the ways they get money is through selling maps that's why you won't find them online. Maybe if you send a self addressed postage paid envelope to one of the agents with a check they would send you a map. I don't know if they will but it's worth a try. You could find one online a get a phone number and call them.
