No long at all. Maybe 30/45 minutes. I could probably do it in 20 without breaking the speed limit. Corrider 15 takes you from BB to the Tower hill area, and a bit furthur south is the rail bed. Go west a few miles (maybe 2 or 3) and your at Massabesic.

Wow 1/2 hour ???must almost be a straight line.......I never would have guessed it would be that quick. I try to do the Barnstead to Bear Brook ride once a year, From there to manch and back would be a cool ride.

It's really not the far. From maybe 15 miles from the BB border. I just a posting on HCS about clubs. I am the TM for the slickers. I don't post too much over there. To much noise and crap. We also have a bulletin board but the person that set it up hasn't been around and it went a bit awry. I hope to upgrade it this summer and fix a few things.

pekabu are you saying BB going bye doobies to the lake is 30 minutes? I must only know the long way but it is a fun ride, non groomed stuff I guess I just love the bumps! I must only know the long way around the sand and gravel pit! Well not all ungroomed at all, but the side trails are, and when I think of the lake I always think of Sandys! which is not the case at all, the lake is big.

Ok, I finally pulled out the map and looked at it. It's about 30 miles from the parking lot at BB to the lake. If your going by the Sand pit (Archery Trail) that's the longest way. So 30 minutes is a bit optimistic. 45 is doable if you were to take the quickest route. It breaks down to about 10miles in BB, 10 miles from BB to Tower Hill pond area, and another 10ish to the lake.

Not only do I ride Doo's exclusively, some of my family actually work the line in Valcourt. Chester Turnpike and the Old RR bed can be fun when there is good snow cover.

Takes me about two hours from my house to BB by sled Maybe we can meet up there sometime this winter. Due to low snow conditions I only do that ride once a year.

I wouldn't ask you to ride 2hours on sled to hook up, why don't you trailer down ride for 6 hours then trailer back? I haven't been in the woods I used to know as my off trail stuff in many years, but I used to be able to get us to the sand pits and some big jumps, and some very fast four lane roads used to ride my quad wide open at 74 2 wide! Cant see you riding 2 hours then riding, then riding home 2 hours! what year is your firecat an 03? they are the only ones that run that good! lmao

Guess i'm kinda spoiled when it comes to that...I would rather hop on my sled and ride the two hours to Bear Brook than load my sled drive the 1/2 hour there unload warm up and ride. I hate having a great day of riding ruined by reloading the sled on the trailer, Strapping it down, Changing outta my gear,Warming up the truck,ECT,ECT,My favorite rides are when nothing breaks and all I have to do is shut down the sled and stumble in my front door.Yes the f-cat is a 03 and has been very very good to me so far (had it about 3 years now) And the only thing I am looking to change would be seat height and maybe add reverse.

Seat height is easy, have a place around here that does it Supioer Interoers I know I didn't spell it right but they build up seats! The 03 are the best cat's! They don't bust often! Slush my # is 391-8435! save it! call it anytime!

Did the ride Saturday afternoon. Candia to Chichester. Got the snot beat out of us from Towerhill to Bearbrook. Got on 360 and it was great. Took the Billy Goat trails (15 south through Epsom) back to Bear Brook. Came across SNHSS groomer in the park. Unfortunately we were too soon and they hadn't got to Dube's pond yet. 77 Miles. If you get out early before the trails are trashed it would be a great ride. We still had fun just the same.

did the lake to bear brook tonight. need some advil after the rail bed section. tower hill was nice but as soon as you get into bear brook it was like the snow started to disapear. did a small 55 mile loop ther and back with a few detours. over all wasn't too bad for the snow coverage but it won't be long till they are closed down till we get more snow.

It's been a strange year. Typically, BB has more snow than the Tower Hill area. The way a lot of the storms have tracked it received a bit less. Also, BB has heavy ATV usage. Staying off 15 helps some.
