I know someone has a few they'd like the New Hampshire sledding community to see and appreciate! :clapping:

The sad part about it all, this work was being done on Dec 15th and it felt like we was in for a good season, Wrong.
I think they closed the trails a few days later and never opened again until the following season. :o(

Here are some pics from today. whtmn, Dave and I tore apart 2 bridges and hauled the materials out. We did the removal on the old Whiteface trail. The material we dragged out will be used on the new trail. The landowner has not wanted us on his land since he bought it. He has worked with the club for the last 4-5 years so that we could find a re-route.

Wayne Lloyd moved his excavator to the new trail today. In about 6 days we should have a nice new trail in need of a few new bridges.

Damn, you guys don't even get dirty or sweat? :shok: I have never seen such clean trail workers!

Great pictures, but you really need to take pictures that show how much very hard work is required to keep the trails in good shape. :tease: Otherwise everyone will think that keeping the trails is a walk in the park! :nea:

Mark :drinks:

p.s. Even the ATV are CLEAN!!!! :yahoo:

Was that trail work or a polaris commercial?????I've seen dirtier rigs on the showroom floor  Nice job guys can hardly tell where the bridges were. Nice of the landowner to let you stay that long while looking for a re-route.

Did the land owner want the bridges off the property also, or did you want to salvage the material for other bridges that will be needed on the new reroute?

Great pics John. Good good!

Here's what went on over here on Welch Top..made it to the range road today,
needs an hour or two of work to "finish" it. Then on across the range road to Kevins land.

The landowner paid the club for a bridge that we left for them, but they want the two bridges about a mile from the road removed .

Thanks Ajak!
If you all could see what Dave did with the dozer for the $2800.00, you'd all shit yerselves. The trail is super nice right to the top.

Fantastic SEG, thank you for adding the pics! I want to see this thread 40 pages deep with trail work pictures in years to come.
