mine go about 3-4k between rebuilds and I'd rather be able to rebuild than have to buy new ones.
I agree on the springs, I'm a big guy carry a tank of gas and a tunnel bad and was always on preload 4 on the block with the stock springs, when I went to the stiffer torsion and center springs I was able to change that to 2 unloaded, 3 with the jerry and bags and 4 when I put the +1 and my daughter on it. BC3 on dootalk makes torsion spacers that also help, wish I had done those when I did my last rebuild but I'm done putting money in my sled, saving it up for suspension mods on my next one.

I had my shim stack adjusted when I did my springs so not sur how much difference the springs alone will make. You may want to try the torsion spacers first using the existing springs, I didn't sack out my original renegade springs(x and reg renegade have same springs) for over 2000 miles and I outweigh you by about 100 lbs.

I did the BC3 spaces from new- big difference in sag I also did new shock and springs for this season. Also when you store your sled, take the pressure off the spring.
