I started out at 11:17 this morning according to the webcam...LOL

[attachment=3587:webcam.jpg]

I headed over to Silver lake as I wanted to check conditions of Corridor 19N. A quick blast to Conway showed that the northern part of the rail bed was in great shape. I turned around at Colmans and headed back to Ossipee to top off. Riding north out of Ossipee shouldn't be a problem now :yahoo:

Josh was just finishing up grooming Corridor 15 so I figured I'd try to see how the Loop back to Polly's Crossing was. When I was just starting up White's Brook I noticed Josh had groomed the elbow trail. The trail hasn't been open for years so I took the opportunity to check it out. For those of you that are not familiar with this trail it is the original corridor 15 trail that takes you to the Ridge trail. The trail was groomed wide and flat. It was a little soft as it was just groomed for the first time since the snow, maybe this year. Once on the ridge I shot over to Mt Shaw to see if there was a view for a pic but it was too cloudy. On my way down the Moultonboro side I snapped a couple of pics of the Castle.

Wolfeboro had groomed to the Castle parking lot so I figured I was good to go on the loop back to corridor 19. Trails were in great shape all the way back to 19. The southern section of 19 still needs a few more passes with the groomer to bring the snow in from the sides in order to fill the rails.

Great pictures John.

Here's a twist as you were heading 19n, I'm looking for a good route with the snow we rec'd to do the circumference of Winnipesauke..What my best route...I'm thinking 22 > 19> but whn I getto the top of the lake I'm not all that familiar with the trails on the upper west side. If time is not on my side, I did happen to cross the lake from Patricks last weekend to Alton which was solid and I can't see it being anything but better with the snow...Thoughts

Soon, I hope. Barry is in CT till Friday. Are you settled enough at your new job to get time off?

Looks like you had a great day. Your pics made it seem that it was a quiet day on the trails.
Spend a day on a work crew with your snowmobile club. You'll meet some real wackos (an experience not to be missed) and you'll sure to do it again just out of a sick sense of curiousity!
High performance motor sports and booze don't mix. Nascar drivers drink Coke NOT RUM AND COKE. Over every hill and around every corner is a Mom and Dad, Grand parents and little kids trying to learn the sport. Ride accordingly. RIDE RIGHT! Pay Attention out there!

I didn't notice. There are still a couple of spots that are a little rough due to a lack of snow between the rails.

Double edge knife John!

Great to see someone getting to enjoy the systems but on the other side of the coin, the pics and narration of your adventures are brutally painfull! Your killing me here, killing me!
