White lake -> Mt. Shaw--> Moultonboro--> Guilford-->Alton Bay-->Wolfeboro-->Polly's crossing @ C-19--> back to white lake....
I would guess 175-200 miles and 7-8 hours with breaks and lunch...just a guess.
