Groomed today most of the north end of the system. Getting some seat time in so I can go out on my own. Not enough time to do it last year.

That's what I'm hoping for very soon.

Went out with our trail master this morning, it was 0 degrees, groomer was hard starting, he put me in drivers seat right out of the gate, we headed down trail #500 north to Derry then back south to Rt.111 bridge in Salem/Windham, I was out about 3.5 hours and groomed the entire #500 trail for a total of 12 miles. We got back, buttoned the groomer up, my trail master handed me a set of keys to the groomer and said "you passed"

I can now groom solo, I finished about 3 hours ago and I still can not wipe the smile off my face! :yahoo: :clapping: :yahoo: :clapping: :yahoo: :clapping:

SEG, the best of luck to you!

Paul , I think you have caught the bug. Its a bad, bad thing to catch. Who in thier right mind would want to go out grooming in freezing cold weather for half the night. Bob is a great person to learn from he is very patient and very llaid back. I dropped my first drag last night after 4 years of grooming.

Snow's pretty thin in spots. We were catching a few rocks yesterday as well. Signed some of the Burroughs trail too.
