i know that Horace Lake is not safe but what about the lakes that go out of Clough State Park how are they and i know no ice is safe but what do you think of the ice on them

They may be just fine after the next few days! Friigggeeeeen cold coming!

how long dose it take to make ice on them

Last year they didn't want folks down near the Lower Dam ( southwest of parking area )... as for the River/flood way if this is what your speaking of ? it probably isn't froze over yet totally... If you come out of the OHRV parking area ( not even sure how trails are ) only had 4" base and 7-8" last storm then needed to be packed and groomed.
You don't need to go on any water up to the Northern BIG Dam out of the Park ... there is or was a small single path with land and it goes along the east side up to the next picnic area just east of the BIG dam...
