Was running a scandic the other night and it seemed like the primary was slipping a bit. Looked at the belt, and it was sitting kinda low in the secondary. Is where a way to adjust the deflection on these things?

Thanks in advance.

If it has always worked well until today, it should not need the deflection changed. Replace the belt.
