18-24" on the Colebrook trails and just a small section of water bars on the trails yesterday. We have another 2-4" coming tonight in the Colebrook area. Riding season is here folks. See you on the trails Friday to Tuesday this weekend.

Where did you ride too? Did you go over toward Errol or toward Pitts? :drinks:

My buddy stayed at my place yesterday and rode to Errol with his daughter and said there was snow chest high near the Balsams. And he is 6'1" There is a ton of snow from Colebrook to Balsams to Errol etc etc. Should be an awesome weekend and even if they get a few hours of rain tonight it could do nothing but help. All the groomers are grooming everyday except X-mas.

Thanks for the heads up! The rain, if it's light (no downpours), will help set things up better both on and off trail. :drinks:

ypur buddy must have been referring to the snow being chest high on his daugther... I was there from 26th - the 4th and rode over the balsams - not good. Errol had a lot more snow than the balsoms... and going up the steep side of the peak was not enjoyable.

we went over the peak yesterday, wish I had a camera because i'd have gotten a pic with my sled sticking straight up in the air from a good size water bar. Other than that it actuall wasn't too bad.

09/10 season 860 miles as of 2/19

08/09 season 1683 miles - 07/08 season 2504 miles -06/07 season 2662 miles

That water bar swallowed a friends sled last year two... I wonder if there is a way to put a bridge over it or if it would just get washed out or if there are other restrictions on it there?

Had the groomer been down the steep side yet? Pretty icy when we went up but I think they got more snow since then.

What happened to you...did you go flying over the bars? I went over Dixville on New Years day and took it really slow just for that very reason.
