Unfortunately he either must obtain landowner's permissions or trailer up to the trailhead.
The only real longshot would be to obtain town permission to operate on the shoulder or ROW, but there are many conditions, restrictions & legal requirements that become ever more cumbersome with distance
Please, join a Club where you regularly ride...and when you see a Groomer Jar hopefully give what you can as every penny counts!

The Town Hall Rd. lot will put you closer to Evergreen Valley for sure but you will have to keep your fingers crossed on the backside before you get to 19....it can be a little dicey at times. It dumps you off on 19 in N. Fryeburg quite a ways up past Hurricane Rd.. Should be about a 20-25 min. ride to Evergreen Valley. Like CKF said it would be quicker to unload at Town Hall but it is probably quicker riding time wise to park at Pete's Garage in N. Fryeburg and then head up the lake to Evergreen Valley but it is not a well marked route and unless you know how to go....I wouldn't.....especially at night.....especially when it's snowing at night. Be on the lookout for people walking their dogs and cross country skiers right after the parking area also. When groomed and with plentiful snow this area is usually very nice as it is a little out of the way and you don't get too much traffic up that way.
