The OVSC TRAIL SYSTEM is in good shape for the upcoming weekend. The cold temps have preserved the trails and they should be able to stand up to traffic well. Please remember though that our Groomer Crews are usually (but always beware of groomers) done before daybreak and sled traffic in the higher concentration areas will degrade the flatness of the trail as the morning and early afternoon wear on. It's the nature of the sport. This weekend the SLED DOG RACES will be taking place in certain parts of our trail system. Please take the time to stop and watch. It is really a sight not to be missed. Enjoy the weekend and be safe.

Spend a day on a work crew with your snowmobile club. You'll meet some real wackos (an experience not to be missed) and you'll sure to do it again just out of a sick sense of curiousity!
High performance motor sports and booze don't mix. Nascar drivers drink Coke NOT RUM AND COKE. Over every hill and around every corner is a Mom and Dad, Grand parents and little kids trying to learn the sport. Ride accordingly. RIDE RIGHT! Pay Attention out there!
